Store PoliciesSign up to Receive Email Updates!Returns/CancellationsOnce a new firearm is transferred to a buyer/transferee, it is considered USED, even if unfired. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. All return goods/cancelled orders after payment will be subject to a 35% restocking charge. Returns must be authorized within 5 days of order. If item is purchased via online auction site or layaway and buyer fails to fulfill payment commitments, a 35% restocking fee will apply. Background Check fees will not be refunded. Return shipping/ shipping insurance is not refundable. Any firearm that has been fired is not eligible for OAES return. Please contact manufacturer directly for warranty service. Due to distributor and manufacturer policies, there are NO REFUNDS/EXCHANGES on special order items. NOTE: Due to Department of Transportation regulations, we cannot accept returns on ammunition.BACKGROUND CHECKS: It is illegal to attempt to purchase a firearm if you are a prohibited person, as per federal and state law. Individuals who do not receive law enforcement approval for the firearm transfer/purchase will be subject to a 45% restocking fee. This includes background check fees, any shipping charges, time spent completing paperwork, storage fees and company losses. KNOW YOUR STATE LAWS! If you purchase items that are restricted in your state, your order will be cancelled and your refund will be less a 5% credit card processing fee. We will not pay for your mistakes. Ammunition PurchasesYou must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition. All ammunition will be shipped ground with adult signature required. Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearms.
